If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not return your purchases to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situations where only partial refunds are permitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have not yet received a refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account again first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund appears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@suigstokkie.co.za<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only items purchased at full price can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@suigstokkie.co.za and send your item to: 155 5th Street, Sandown, Johannesburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping of returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you must mail it to: 155th 5th Street, Sandown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you're returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
